Well it’s going on 2 months and still haven’t received my order. I’ve had good luck with them before but a one day Verizon outage and weather isn’t an excuse to ghost a customer and just not send/refund what they paid for. I’m only using reputable dealers from now on Benchmark Strategic Metals is officially a scam as far as I’m concerned.

Bradley you are not alone in your experience — While we did get a reply after several e-mails and messages they never provided us a shipping tracking number for a new replacement order nor the initial order. We did have one successful completed sale and then did a second purchase with them and have run into the same inssue — order placed December 28th 2025 Feb 3rd still no product — and its even harder to find a location to leave a review for them.

I recently placed an order (over 4 weeks ago) and spent a considerable amount of money. I have messaged multiple times, in regards to an update on the status, and I am yet to receive a reply. Hard to complain about customer service, when it’s non existent. Don’t buy from here, There is no after sale support, and your correspondence will not be answered. Zero customer focus, and I’m disappointed that I chose to support this business. Complete waste of time and money.
