my wife and I decided to make some silver investments i placed an order and it still hasnt been comfirmed, when they said the item was available, i tried calling but, their number is disconnected. very disappointed with them i thought buying gold and silver would be good but, the way these people operate is making me think twice about buying from someone who isnt REPUTABLE source.

I ordered 7 Silver bars at a price they thought was to low. Over 2 months later they still wont send my bars. They dont take CC or any other form of payment. This company sucks its one excuse after another. Will will what the ANA thinks when they get my complaint.

They returned my check after I emailed the about my platinum bar I ordered on backorder. They were rude in the email and I said not to send it back I would wait. But because the value increased they did not want to honor my purchase

I ordered a modest amount of gold and silver Eagles from this company. After three weeks of patiently waiting for my order to ship I have still not received the silver. I have now called 5 times over the last two weeks to find out when the silver is going to ship. Every time I am told it is shipping the next day and I will get a call back with the UPS tracking number later that day. So far, no call backs, no tracking number and no silver. At this point, I’m trying to figure out if they are dishonest or just incompetent. For sure, they are not trustworthy.
