I love this company for real, some companies do their job and dont stand out which is better than standing out for negative reasons, but this company stands out to me for making sure all packages are not labelled and they even print a different company name on it so you wouldn’t know whats inside. Plus fast delivery. I appreciate the security and creativity of this company.

August 1, 2020 usps,FedEx,and ups are all backed up due to high volume low staff. SD Bullion did just fine. If you choose wire transfer/check you don’t just enter the numbers. It’s an involved process and you have to contact your bank. It is $10 cheaper but takes longer to receive. Make sure the tradeoff is worth it to you. I ended up just paying with card. I got text alerts at all stages of process. Dont expect website to know anything more than usps once its in transit. If you have specific dates ORDER EARLY to allow for delays. Very happy with investment. The only low reviews tried wire transfer and didn’t know what it would entail. Arrived in my mailbox in discreet white package no names or vendors listed. Will buy more when they come back in stock.

I have had several very successful and satisfactory buying experiences with SD Bullion, going back for at least 5 years. My most recent was about 5-6 weeks ago. I have found them to be trustworthy and dependable. I don’t crowd them or react with impatience. They come thru everytime. Highly recommend!

this company is bad as it gets, when it comes to support, keeping updating information and shipping your product. I experienced constant delay of posting my payment, cashing a check and shipping . and the shipping time is really bad. on top of all of it bad gets worse when you ask question and get answer that is just stupid explanation because there in no good explanation to give it to the customer when there is delay that could be controlled. Bottom line, happy customer is the one that comes back. And this is too much frustration and ignorance for the money I have spent .Maybe some other unexperienced people will deal with this place but not me. People beware of them, remember you are getting what you paid for. Sice in this case its not clear what the customer service role should be try to avoid what I have experienced. when asked to talk to the upper management I was refused to be passed on. that means all they do is to comfort themselves with money you pay.

I ordered product Nov 30, 2017, paid for it with wire transfer, and finally received it Dec 28. On Dec.1, I emailed the website I accessed to do the purchase to ask where to send the money and received an answer that said he new the owner and forwarded it to SDBullion. I repeatedly used the contact forms on both websites to say I had not received an email confirmation of the sale and did not know where to send the check (I was going to pay by check, but later changed to wire transfer to speed things up.) On Dec 14 was my first contact from SDBullion after the order. They finally contacted me by phone and we figured out my email address was not working for them. I went to my bank to wire transfer the money on Dec 15. Every day after that I was waiting at home to sign the delivery form. On Dec 20. they gave me a tracking number that turned out to be wrong. On Dec 23. I got a second number that was supposedly attempted delivery that was refused. I had their phone number by then and called on Dec 23. They said they still had my package in their office and would send it. I got a third tracking number on Dec 25 to be delivered on the 26th. Then I was told it was not coming. Then I got a fourth number and it was finally delivered on Dec 28th. Totally ruined my Christmas holiday sitting at home frustrated, waiting for the delivery wondering if order was actually coming.
