On 01/15/2019 I placed an order for a 1oz gold coin for $ 1295. The next day my AX card was charged for $ 1295. I was told the coin would ship in 4 weeks. It has now been over 4 weeks and I have been unable to get a confirmation on when the coin will be shipped. My patience is growing short and my payment to AX is due. I have ordered from other companies and shipment is within 10 days of the order. Could not recommend this company.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get information on when I might get the coin I purchased on December 6, 2018… calls are not returned. I am very unhappy with this company.
