John – :
I found Equity to be very good, helpful at every stage of my transaction both when i dealt with them through my bullion dealer and again when I came to work with them myself. Rollover went faultless and now looking to liquidate again its very straightforward. I have never had any issues with fees or payments and everything has been transparent for me.
Kath P – :
I had to go with Equity as part of my gold IRA I set up with XXXXXXXXX and I’ve not had any problems they seem to work very efficiently and not at all expensive like $150 a year for a high six figure holding. Fast responses to all my questions never longer than a day
Jon Parton – :
Very high fees. They will pay your fees with the spot value of your proofs without letting you know you owe a fee.
They used 33 of my silver AEs to pay for fees by valuing them at 16.50 (spot) rather than letting me know I owed a fee for maintenance. There was no notice or attempt to contact me. They are terrible communicators.
When you call to ask a question (such as why do I have missing coins) their answer is that you owe money. They don’t send invoices. This company is very expensive to work with.
33 2007 AES go for about 2200 so they liquidated it to pay 544 dollars of fees. They will not contact you before pocketing your coins.
