The American Coin Co. website is currently (January 2024) undergoing a major update, with new pages and content being added daily, but from what can be seen so far, the new iteration is shaping up to be an education-focused site specializing in Gold IRAs, containing detailed information, live pricing and news – all without being overwhelming for new investors.

Website Useability
The American Coin Co. website is an attractive, modern and easy to navigate website with clear well-sized text and an obvious navigational hierarchy. The use of large sub-menu items that appear and then persist after hovering over a menu section are a particularly nice touch. Clean design and crisp imagery and a delicate touch of animation makes it a pleasure to navigate.

I am not a customer, but work in marketing and was tasked with generating customer leads for American Coin Co.
I spent a lot of valuable time setting up marketing pages, writing copy and creating artwork. Without telling me they stopped our tracking links from working and closed down their 3rd party lead generation program after a period of only a few weeks.
Whist I cannot comment on their sales process I would suggest that a company who drops people without so much as an email may not be a company I’d want to invest with.
