Failed to resolve shipping issues for my items. Over $600 worth of items were “lost” in the mail. I ordered on 29 Jan and am still awaiting a resolution. I was told that there insurance has to “approve” the claim before I can get a refund or re-shippment. I asked for a refund and was told “no” we cant do that; to I said “no you wont do that, you could if wanted too but you wont,” a state which their claims manager agreed with. Terrible customer service, I was constantly blown off by the manager/claims department whom refused to return my phone calls. I will never do business with them again. Save your money and go somewhere else the few bucks you save is not worth the headache. If I could give them less than one star I would.
