This company has taken my money and vanished. Nobody is answering the phone. Nobody is replying to emails.
N.B. – :
Colonial seemed to be a good company from reading reviews online (at the time.) However as soon as I handed over my money it was clear things were not as good as customers had made out and I ended up having to pressure the company time and time again, threatening them with legal action, just to buy metals with my money they were holding. Even the salesman I dealt with was horrified at their treatment of me and has subsequently left.

I was first drawn to Colonial Metals Group on reading their CEO’s story on I think Fox and as a fellow veteran I completely got where he was coming from. I had been interested in precious metals for a while and had been contemplating which company to work with and I took this as a sign I had found the right one.
