The judgment resolves the SEC’s charges against defendants for their roles in a scheme to defraud retirement account holders out of more than $50 million in connection with defendants’ sales of gold and silver coins between 2017 and 2022. I was scammed by T*** S****** and J***** W**** in the tune of $12,000.00. These guys should be in prison!
Do not buy from them unless you plan on being upcharged 300%. I’m dead serious.
They got shut down as Red Rock Secured for scamming over 700 people having them roll their IRA into silver and stealing half their money or more by charging over 60.00 and Oz when it was only 21.00 spot. The SEC sued these 3 individuals to the tune of 76 million dollars and the over 700 investors have to file through the SEC to even get a chance to recoup their money they took.
This is an evil act by evil people that are now operating under American Coin Co.
I will do all I can to shame their name and let others know of their evil practices. I call for others that have been robbed by these crooks to do the same.

By naming and shaming the American Coin Company in their ruling against now-proven scammers Red Rock Secured, the SEC has shown that it’s NOT OK to con Americans, get caught and the next day set up another company, same people different name. The Gold IRA market is dirty and this is a victory for anyone considering adding gold to their retirement account. Hopefully this practice will stop now and we can start to buy gold with FULL transparency.

I am not a customer, but work in marketing and was tasked with generating customer leads for American Coin Co.
I spent a lot of valuable time setting up marketing pages, writing copy and creating artwork. Without telling me they stopped our tracking links from working and closed down their 3rd party lead generation program after a period of only a few weeks.
Whist I cannot comment on their sales process I would suggest that a company who drops people without so much as an email may not be a company I’d want to invest with.
