J***** was extremely pompous and arrogant. Then he thought it would be okay to get snotty with a customer as well. In his case, the customer is always WRONG.
It is literally the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. I asked for his name, to which he REFUSED to give me. He said in a pompous, arrogant tone, “My name is on the receipt.” rather than just tell me his name.
I said, “This will all be going in your Google review. He laughed and, in a snide manner, remarked, “What are you going to say.” I said, “the truth.” Apparently, he doesn’t care for the company he works for.
I received the 3k in cash out of 8.7k, and not so much as a thank you. He turned his back and just walked away. I will never do business here again.
Apparently, you can buy 10 grand in silver at Scotsman, but you can only get 3k back in cash from this place and from an ******* employee.
All I can say is, never do business here. Go somewhere else. I bought in at 468 and sold at 600+ and BROKE EVEN. This place is a total rip-off.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I will be complaining to the owner and the Better Business Bureau in formal letters.
