As an absolute novice in the field of Hedging Precious Metals the staff at Zaner trained me in just a few hours on the concepts and use of their software. Since then we have used the system on a daily basis without issues. When questions have come up answers were only a phone call a few moments away. I never even spoke to a machine, always a person, very nice in today’s “automated” society. As a Precious Metals company working with our parent company in Europe, with a 7 hour time difference, Zaner did some customization of the software, (very quickly and cost effectively) that resolved time difference issue for me allowing me to work regular hours.
