The SWP website is simply laid out with only 4 main menu items, but from there visitors can expand on key each service as required: buying precious metals, shipping, storage and borrowing against stored gold. Once clicked each site element reveals a wealth of useful and easy to follow information with additional links to drill down and learn more – all without information overload.
The site offers excellent guidance, covering all of the essentials so that visitors will be in no doubt as to what services and products are offered, and how these could be of benefit. The e-commerce section contains good quality product images and useful descriptions, again with enough content to be useful but not too much to overwhelm.
Website Usability
The SWP website is easy to use thanks to ultra clear navigation both at the head and foot of all pages. Site sections are are broken up into easy to manage elements with high quality images and clear text formatting adding to the clarity.
