I’ve experienced Hatton Gardens Metals twice when in the area for other metals (ok jewellery, so sue me) and both experiences have been good. I do most of my bullion buying at a well known “grocers” and may have become spoilt in my early-middle age, so where I would have once given HGM a 5, now it would be a 4 and a half, rounded up to 5.
