Reliable Seller – when there was an error in my order they’ve sent missing item without any fuss. They actually have video recordings of every order and every parcel leaving their door. Really impressive stuff
You can recognise a professional when your coin is in a bubble envelope (registered mail), but still wrapped in small paper envelope and opaque piece of paper inside the envelope preventing from seeing what’s inside. And a kicker: inside the coin capsule they’ve put a piece of soft paper to stop it from rattling – clever move
By the way – great prices for silver. It will take few days to deliver across Europe though, so I guess Lithuanians, Poles and Germans are more fortunate in that regard.
Also worth mentioning: you can expect great customer support – all e-mails will be answered (from my experience). They actually read and understand the whole e-mail – not just first sentence 😉
