Absolutely ****. Who doesn’t answers phone on coin release days, and for days they won’t answer. Get in first, miss out on your desired coin and bad luck as far as the RAM is concerned. How hard is it to be prepared for coin releases? You know about them before we do. You are failing your own charter RAM. The ****iest service, equal to *******. Those guys are **** as well. RAM have basically shut down their eshop. Only a few coins for sale there. They passed the buck onto their resellers now. They do not care about the public. Why would they need to or want to. They ignore complaints and fix nothing. These issues have been going on for years now. Get your **** together
