For two days I have tried to get an answer on the published telephone number with only an engaged tone, if the company is so busy why are there no contingencies for busy times?
To Trade in this market does require some degree of speed.
I live in Dorset and my long standing London B dealer has let me down badly, so I have been trying to find a more local agent, without success?
In my opinion it would be helpful to answer the phone?

There is a note on their website that they are not taking orders and an out of date note about late deliveries due to covid. Their listed prices are similarly out of date, including 1oz gold coins £500 below current spot prices. It looks like they may have closed.
