I am in the same situation as Ahmed. They are not returning my money and had to start a legal case.

After forcing me to change platform two times where they made loss a lot of money. for the second time I refused to change the platformand I requested to take back my money and they reject it saying that they have issue with thier bank. I am still can’t get my money for about 3 months now.
