Overall working with Lear has been everything we could have hoped for from the first call to our first post-investment catch up. The company’s processes are smooth, paperwork a cinch and there are no nasty surprises or unexpected costs. The choice of options is excellent and anything I had trouble understanding was explained perfectly without the feeling of being talked down to or ‘mansplained’ which I also found a refreshing change! The guide they sent was good but I got best value talking to the staff and I was fortunate enough to have two of the nicest people on my account. I’m trying to think of downsides for balance but there are honestly none even for someone who is often considered picky.
