Bought a coin from their auction that was supposed to be a rare danish coin. However, it turned out to be a common english coin.
They have done nothing to try and solve this issue, I have pushed and pushed for a solution on this matter. Finally their guy accepted that the coin could be returned, but still no money.
Luckily i paid with paypal and will now use the buyer protection to get my money back.
Horrible that a “auction house” can make a mistake like this and horrible that they feel that it is okay to treat people like this.
