These guys are just awful. Constantly releasing catalogues well after the coins I want have sold. Waiting on the phone for over an hour. How hard is it to hire more people just for the release days? There’s not many of them yet you’re always under prepared. C**** P**** is just an unprofessional meanie. Refuses to talk or listen. You’re better off at **** or ****. Go on Facebook and join a numismatic group, anything but these guys. They’re just no good.

Terribly slow. Incompetent organisation. Won’t be surprised if Downies is closed for good in a few years’ time, if not sooner. Don’t take my word for it – go to Google and do a search on “Downies review” and see what you can find.
They really don’t know what they are doing. All they care about is take your money and make you wait for months for what you paid for.
