Website Product & Investment Information
The ISA Bullion website contains a good level of product and service information and although some detail is missing in comparison to the larger Emirates based websites, everything is clear and easy to follow with a toll-free number for anyone looking for more information. A point we noticed is that ISA Bullion advise against taking physical delivery outside of the approved chain of custody – something more companies should advise in the days of increasing bullion fraud. It should be noted that there is a minimum trade of 1 kilobar in gold or 100 kg for silver.
Website Useability
The ISA website is relatively small with all pages easily found through the main menu. As mentioned, some information such as Terms & Conditions are missing or not immediately clear, but all contact information is instantly accessible. Some visitors with sight issues may find slight difficulties with legibility due to the light grey text on dark grey patterned background, but writing is a good size.
