It’s one thing not to be able to buy toilet paper, but now expressing our love is in danger when we can’t buy flowers.
 

 
Shortages can come at any stage in the process of production. In other words, if you buy a vegetable at the grocery store there are inflation pressures from the time the seed is planted until it’s transported and put on the shelf for you to buy.

We’ve seen the empty grocery store shelves, but the shortage crisis goes upstream further than we can imagine.
