Worst experience ever
Went online during the dip. Liked the prices, made a small test order ($3000) on the website then another $5000 order when the price went up a week later. (It’s lower now than when I ordered the 2nd order so they benefited more from simply fulfilling the order). EVERYTHING I ordered was marked as “IN STOCK” and NOT labeled as “pre-order of any sort.
Paid both via Credit card because the two options were Credit card or E-transfer. I would normally do an e-transfer but clicking on the Credit card option didn’t appear to have any extra fees attached. I paid exactly what was requested on the invoice (both times) and was sent a receipt via email for exactly what I paid for. Those amount were confirmed to be deducted from my Credit card. (only to see when I went online to check the shipping time on my account since it was delayed did I see a 3.75% processing fee still outstanding. (about $300.00) NOTHING is noted during this online purchase about any added fees…. and they didn’t calculate it into my payment on my invoice so I have no clue what that’s all about.
Well, I emailed several times but they never reply. I called and they answered only to find out why my items were a month late. First time they answered with a “hello” leading me to believe I called a person rather than an official professional business. I was told some of the items were never in stock but were a “pre-order” and they had no idea when those items are coming in…… They wanted me to cancel my order (twice) but since I bought at the best time (for the first order at least) I just wanted them to send me the equivalent ounce value of what they actually DO have in stock at that moment. I told them to email me a list of what’s in stock, I will choose new silver (and gold) and they can send that out. I also sent this request via email so they have my contact info. This is all after waiting almost a month for my order to go from “pending” to out for delivery (which didn’t happen).
What they did next was simple CANCEL my orders. No contact, No emails, No messages, no phone calls. No contact whatsoever. Not even a return on my Credit card yet. (which happened a few days later). They just cancelled my orders.
All in all. Worst experience buying bullion so far. This was a TEST order. I have made and will make much larger orders, just never again with this unprofessional “business”. They clearly failed the test….
To GoldStockCanada out of Toronto Canada. You can only defend this with an apology because you know everything I wrote was truthful. DO BETTER!!! This experience was totally abysmal.

I ordered a 100oz silver bar online and 2 days later they called me and told me I owe them more money. Very disingenuous. Took forever to ship and then I had to go in person where they handed me a more expensive bar. Changing the price after purchase in unethical
