I have tried contacting Anthem vault also. No response so far. I’m afraid the gold that I supposedly had with them is gone. It was a scam.

Can not contact via 1 855 number(no answer after 2 hrs on phone) and emails to customer service not replied to. No warm fuzzy feeling.

They will not return calls. They will not allow metal purchased to be sold. We feel as though we have lost our money and don’t even own the gold.
