As we’d expect from Peter Schiff, the SchiffGold site contains a significant amount of useful and easy to follow general, product and investment information as well as additional publications available for free download. Despite not being an e-commerce site, individual product descriptions are detailed with crisp sharp images, and useful video content. All legal, information and contact information is present.
Website Usability
The re-branded site is simple to use and very easy to navigate. Even though SchiffGold.com contains a lot of information, navigation is such that there’s never an overwhelm and all design and layout elements are well thought out and intuitive to find. Font sizes are large and easy to read. FAQs, contact and essential information is clear and visible.

For such a large and well established precious metals dealer there are surprisingly few reviews in Google, YellowPages and the usual big review sites. It’s a little nerve racking to send a wire transfer to a company I’ve never dealt with before with promise of delivery in 1 month. However I trust Peter Schiff so I took the risk. It was worth it.
The salesman sent me pricing for 6 months and when I was ready to order he patiently responded to my many emails to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I sent the money and they followed up giving me updates as the gold was shipped.
