My rating is actually Zero stars. I have a client who effected an 401K transfer to a self directed IRA in January 2017. It is the end of October 2017 and Royal Metals has not fulfilled the order. My client is out five figures. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are not reputable.

My wife and I have now spoken to two Royal Metals advisors and have been impressed with what they have both told us and the advice given. We went with another company in the end purely down to costs but used the advice given by Royal Metals.
