In a Nutshell:

BullionRock is a trading name of Guernsey Mint Refined Limited, a long established precious metals dealer, mint and investment house, working as BullionRock Direct, the e-commerce powered online bullion store and BullionRock Invest, the storage and investment side of the business.      – :

Bought a 1kg Metalor bar in late September, no certificate of authenticity, have chased and chased, apart from initially saying they will sort out, no certificate or time scales to determine if I will get it. Have paid VAT and shipping for what looks like silver but will need to pay extra to get validated I guess. May as well bought off Ebay or stick with the Royal Mint in future.
