Website Useability
For such a large website APMEX.com is remarkably easy to use thanks to clear navigation and a clean modern un-fussy design.
On a desktop the site’s main menu expands down to reveal detailed sectional navigation – while on a phone, there’s a simplified menu that scrolls from the left to reveal hierarchical navigation simply and logically.
Text sizes are large with excellent contrast between dark gray text on white backgrounds or white on dark blue or dark gray. Images all carry alt text and the site expands nicely using browser magnification. Although there is not currently a specific accessibility menu, the existing design makes the site very easy to use for most.
Legals and FAQ are easy to find as is full contact information.

APMEX has always been very responsive to my concerns and they take their customer relationships seriously. Over the years I’ve worked with several coin companies who have eventually let me down but I’m happy to say APMEX isn’t one of them.

when the price moved in my favor, APMEX claimed they can not find the payment, after weeks of follow ups, and irrefutable proof or wire transfer, they finally admitted to have the money. but as the price had moved against them, they did not want to honor the contract. I should be grateful that they at least refunded the money. conclusion: don’t expect APMEX to honor a deal made.
